Candidate Need to Visit Nearby Plant to Collect and Dispatch Laptop and Troubleshoot Issues
The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and know-how to collaborate effectively with domain experts and IT leadership team.
The primary role of the IT Admin & Support Analyst II is to provide End User Computing support and delivery of agreed services to internal users.
Responsible for incident diagnosis, request management, providing hands-on assistance, handling project work, case management, and documenting KB solutions.
Support Tech Bar and assist with Quarterly Disposal Process.
The position may require working extended hours, occasional night and/or weekend work as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide End User Computing support to internal users.
• Support and deliver approved applications and services.
• Support mobile devices (phones and tablets).
Window 10 and Window 11 Migration and SCCM
• Adhere to SLAs and metrics using the ITSM platform (ServiceNow) for call management and escalation.
Responsibilities:
• Imaging and deploying new PCs using Windows 11. Expert experience in installing and building machines is required.
• Support front-line operation teams in resolving advanced technical issues with guidance and coaching.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to resolve complex desktop problems, communicate technical info, and implement solutions.
• Troubleshooting skills and imaging experience are essential.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing is a plus.
• Resolve escalated cases related to Endpoint Management Software, applications, Microsoft products, hardware, and peripherals.
• Assist in implementing new endpoint initiatives, providing training and creating Knowledge Articles for global teams.
• Handle software and application deployments, including packaging, patching, inventory, and security baselining.
• Support automated endpoint management processes to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze gaps to improve processes, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues related to endpoint management.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 6+ years’ experience supporting Windows OS in a global enterprise, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD, DNS, Exchange, Citrix.
• 4+ years with Configuration Management, MDM, Deployment methods using SCCM and Intune.
• Knowledge of deployment methods, inventory control, security baselining, patching, application deployment.
• Understanding of Windows 10 features, updates, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Patching Cycles & Policies (e.g., WSUS, Win10 Update Rings).
• Familiarity with enterprise technologies like Azure, Intune, Windows Analytics, Autopilot.
• Understanding of Office 365 or Microsoft 365 support and projects.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
• ITIL-Foundation and Agile experience is advantageous.
