Finance Business Partner\n\nBased in Derby (with hybrid working - 2 days from home)\n\n£50,000 - £55,000\n\nFully Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)\n\nWe're working with a growing, forward-thinking business that's looking to add a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to their expanding team.\n\nThis is a newly created role due to growth - a brilliant opportunity for someone recently qualified and ready to step into a true business partnering position.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nTaking full ownership of the end-to-end management accounts process across a group of 9-10 businesses\nActing as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the group - building strong relationships and positively influencing decision-making\nAnalysing financial performance and trends, identifying risks and opportunities\nProviding commercial insight to support strategic decision-making, budgeting and forecasting\nSome UK travel required - typically 2 to 3 times a month - to maintain strong business relationshipsWhat we're looking for:\n\nFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - ideally recently qualified\nStrong understanding of the full management accounts process\nA confident communicator - someone who enjoys building relationships and working closely with stakeholders\nExperience in a client-facing role or coming from a private practice background would be ideal\nA proactive, inquisitive approach - comfortable digging into the detail and challenging the numbers\nStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
