As Paid Media Assistant, you'll deliver paid media campaigns that drive real results for a variety of brands. * Support setup, management and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
* Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign planning
* Write and test ad copy tailored to different platforms and audiences
* Monitor performance against KPIs and assist with ongoing optimisation
* Create regular client reports demonstrating campaign performance and insights
* Collaborate with Strategy, SEO and Content teams for integrated delivery
* Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends
Experience You'll Need to Apply
* 6–12 months' paid media or digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
* Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
* Comfortable creating performance reports and pulling insights from data
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools
* Confident using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Google Ads certification (or willingness to complete within a couple of months)
