Take ownership of listings, content optimisation, stock availability, pricing, and promotional activity on Amazon. Track orders, monitor performance metrics (e.g. Buy Box, IPI, chargebacks), and ensure timely issue resolution. Liaise with internal supply chain and marketing teams to execute campaigns and product launches. Assist with customer presentations, reports, and performance reviews. Analyse sales data and make recommendations to improve account performance. What We’re Looking For: Experience working within Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central is essential. Background in sales support, e-commerce coordination, or account management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management. Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proactive, curious, and driven to learn and grow within the role.
