What You’ll Be DoingFinancial Planning & Analysis
1. Lead budgeting and forecasting across your allocated academies.
2. Ensure financial plans align with Trust-wide strategic objectives.
3. Deliver high-quality variance analysis and concisementary for senior leaders.
Strategic Business Partnering
4. Partner closely with Headteachers and SLTs to influence operational and strategic decisions.
5. Translate data into insights that drive performance and value for money.
6. Enhance financial literacy among non‑finance colleagues.
7. Identify improvements across processes, systems, and reporting.
About You
8. Experience within a Multi Academy Trust or wider education sector — essential.
9. Strong financial analysis and business partnering capability.
10. Confidencemunicating with and influencing senior leaders.
11. Excellent Excel and systems skills.
12. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and ability to hit the ground running.
