Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of R&D Tax Relief claims from initial fact-finding through to submission.
Conduct technical interviews with clients to identify qualifying R&D activities.
Prepare detailed technical reports and supporting claim documentation.
Calculate and review qualifying expenditure in line with current legislation.
Support clients throughout the claims process, providing clear and practical guidance.
Build strong working relationships with clients across a range of industries.
Assist Managers and Directors with complex technical matters and advisory projects.
Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
Stay up to date with developments in R&D Tax Relief legislation and HMRC guidance.
Your Experience:
ATT qualified, recently qualified, or currently studying towards CTA (or equivalent)
Experience preparing and managing R&D Tax Relief claims within practice or a specialist consultancy environment
Good understanding of UK R&D Tax Relief legislation and claim preparation processes
Experience working directly with clients and building strong professional relationships
Strong report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive and eager to develop technical expertise within a growing specialist team
