Culture Guru is exclusively recruiting for an exciting Human Resources & Operations Coordinator opportunity within a fast-growing, global tech business.
This is a rare chance to step into a broad, high-impact role inside a scaling company where people, process and operations intersect - and where your work will genuinely matter from day one.
This isn't just an admin position. It's a pivotal role at the centre of the business - 70% HR / People and 30% Operations.
You'll support a global team of 70 across the UK, US and Europe, ensuring recruitment runs smoothly, onboarding is seamless, and internal operations stay structured as the company grows. You'll be the glue that keeps everything aligned.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership, you'll take ownership of employee lifecycle coordination, recruitment processes and HR administration - while also supporting operational logistics and improving internal workflows.
This role requires someone agile. Someone who can wear multiple hats, spin multiple plates and confidently juggle 10+ priorities at once -without dropping standards.
This is a fully remote role (London-based), with monthly team meet-ups and socials in Central London. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced and ever-evolving - flexibility is key.
You'll be the organisational engine:
Managing recruitment coordination and candidate communication (via TeamTailor)
Owning onboarding & offboarding processes
Maintaining HR records via HR Human (HRIS)
Supporting payroll data collation and compliance processes
Acting as first point of contact for employee queries
Working alongside external HR advisors
Coordinating IT equipment and supplier relationships
Organising company-wide meetings and team socials
Improving and documenting internal processes
This role will suit someone who:
Has experience in HR, People Ops or Operations coordination
Has independently managed recruitment and onboarding processes
Has worked in a scaling or high-growth business
Is exceptionally organised and detail-driven
Thrives juggling multiple hats and shifting priorities
Is proactive, agile and calm under pressure
Understands trust, discretion and confidentiality
Communicates confidently and articulately at all levels
Is comfortable being the centre of coordination in a remote team
Has hands-on experience with GSuite (Google Workspace), HR Human (HRIS) and TeamTailor (ATS)
Holds (or is working towards) CIPD Level 3 - advantageous but not essential
If you're looking for a role where you can step up, take ownership, and be trusted at the heart of a growing business - this is it.
