Key Responsibilities
* Manage the assigned category to deliver growth, margin, and product availability, while aligning with regional market and channel requirements
* Define and monitor category KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, covering areas such as demand planning, target pricing, and product marketing
* Oversee new product introductions and retirements, working with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
* Drive brand harmonisation strategies across assigned categories, enhancing awareness of the Emotive brand and product portfolio
* Provide technical insights on product performance and cost/price analysis to inform decision-making and strategy execution
* Collaborate closely with category management operations to interpret category data, identify opportunities, and deliver optimal outcomes
Skills and Experience
* Experience in product or category management, ideally within the automotive aftermarket industry
* Proven track record in driving category growth and improving profitability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, matrix organisation
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Skilled in translating technical product requirements into actionable commercial insights
* Experience managing product lifecycles, including new launches and end-of-life processes
