We are currently seeking a Project Manager based in Redditch with hybrid working available.

The position holder will be responsible for ensuring that the projects assigned to them are performed correctly in terms of customer satisfaction, technical aspects, timing, financial aspects and in accordance with Swisslog’s guidelines.
1. Establish, manage and motivate mixed (Swisslog and client), cross-functional realization project teams
2. Leverage team member’s skills and experience to enhance the project team’s results
3. Increase project benefit and prevent project risks by appropriate risk management
4. Regularly perform and update critical path analysis
5. Elaborate contracts with sub-contractors, minimizing risks for Swisslog
