We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a fast-growing business in Cheshire as a Senior Management Accountant.
Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
4. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
6. Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
7. Assist in cash flow management and financial planning.
8. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
9. Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
10. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
The Successful Applicant
fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.Experience in property management business highly desirable.Skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
