As a Registered Nurse you will work as part of a friendly and passionate multi-disciplinary team of specialists, led by a Ward Manager within our hospice in Cambridge. We have full and part time hours available and would be happy to discuss working options at interview. Our Nurses provide professional, patient centred palliative care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by patients, their families and carers. You will lead, support and encourage the sharing of knowledge and skills within the team. Our expert team provides care to those with complex needs, whilst also supporting patients in nurse-led beds. Our MDT approach means that we can provide expert care to patients with complex and end of life care needs, which is holistic in its approach and tailored to each person’s specific needs. Staff within our in-patient unit work an internal shift pattern which includes earlies, lates, long days, nights and weekends. Successful candidates will be NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) with post registration experience in palliative care or in community, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
