What we’re looking for…

As a Supply Chain Project Facilitator, you will act as the central nervous system for AG Barr’s significant supply chain project portfolio. Managing multiple projects you will attend meetings, deal with a high volume of information, facilitate effective communication, and proactively drive projects forward to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

A demanding and multi-faceted role you will have the unique opportunity to work across various high profile and high impact projects that will support our ambitious growth plans.

Your responsibilities will include...

1. Project Oversight and Management:
2. Maintain a comprehensive, real-time overview of all projects, including their status, timelines, dependencies, and key stakeholders
3. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that all projects are progressing towards their goals and staying on schedule
4. Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and conflicts between projects and develop mitigation strategies
5. Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring they are efficient, productive, and focused on key actions and decisions
6. Action Item Management:
7. Capture, document, and track all action items and decisions arising
8. Assign clear ownership for each action item to the appropriate individual or team
9. Escalate overdue or critical action items to relevant project sponsors or management
10. Resource and Stakeholder Management:
11. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, department heads, suppliers, and vendors, to ensure alignment and collaboration
12. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
13. Help to identify and allocate resources needed for the successful execution of projects.
14. Reporting and Analytics:
15. Develop and maintain a reporting system to provide a high-level view of all projects'
16. Generate regular status reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and resource needs
17. Use data and metrics to analyse project performance and identify areas for process improvement.
