About the Role
As a Plant Process Engineer, you will tackle diverse challenges, drive process improvements, and execute capital projects at the company’s western Indiana location. You'll develop your expertise through hands-on experience and structured career progression: Staff Process Engineer > Process Engineer > Senior Engineer > Principal Engineer > Senior Leadership.
Responsibilities
* Lead and execute key engineering projects, including capital initiatives.
* Optimize daily production processes and implement operational improvements.
* Design and develop continuous process enhancements.
* Troubleshoot and develop corrective actions for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
* B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
* 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
* Knowledge of chemical unit operations and PSM systems.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience in chemical processes or production.
Salary: $79K-$99K + bonus eligibility / benefits / 401K / relocation assistance / EOE / No Sponsorship
