As an Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our centre’s daily operations, ensuring our teams, visitors, and learners receive an efficient, friendly, and well‑organised service. What you’ll be doing
6. Responding to visitor, phone, and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
7. Managing bookings and maintaining accurate records, databases, and paperwork
8. Supporting day‑to‑day office operations, including mail handling, filing, and financial admin
9. Assisting with customer liaison and helping promote the learning location’s programmes
10. Taking minutes at meetings and helping maintain cloud‑based office systems
11. Working collaboratively with colleagues to keep services running smoothly during busy periods
12. Providing support to other teams when required
13. Upholding high standards of customer service in all tasks

It would also be an advantage if you’ve used cloud-based systems, CRM databases, or hold an administrative qualification — but full training will be provided.
