Join Barclays as a Workplace Event Producer, where you will play a central role in shaping, delivering, and operationalising next generation event spaces across two of the most significant construction and workplace transformation projects in our global portfolio. You will support the design and launch of innovative Workplace Events, ensuring flawless delivery and a best in class experience for senior leaders. This role sits within the Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) team and involves close collaboration with the Rich Media, Workplace Design, and event facing teams.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

Remaining calm, proactive, and composed under pressure, ensuring smooth delivery, and managing issues with confidence and discretion.
Building strong relationships with delivery functions, allowing you to operate effectively across CRES, technology, design, and event support teams.
Developing operational playbooks and standards, ensuring consistent, safeguarded processes for workplace event delivery.
Working flexibly across varied shifts, including early morning setups for critical productions.

Purpose of the role

To manage the layout and utilisation of workplace services and drive the technological innovation of workplace tools to improve the employee experience.

Accountabilities

Development of employee experience strategies through surveys and engagement initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Development of initiatives to improve colleague experience, productivity, well-being, engagement, and workplace utilisation underpinned by technology solutions.
Identification of innovative workplace tools to drive continuous improvement, productivity and collaboration, and support the implementation process.
Development and maintenance of business intelligence data including workforce analytics, industry benchmarking, performance metrics, employee satisfaction and space utilisation, and provide recommendations for improvement.
