We're looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing technical support team in Fareham. This is a fully on-site role, ideal for someone with a good understanding of IT support who's looking to build a career in infrastructure, desktop, and service desk support within a structured and well-supported environment.
You'll be providing support to end users in a live, customer-facing training environment, working on ticketed support issues, imaging, installations, user management and occasional project work. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills with access to Udemy courses, hands-on experience, and clear internal progression pathways.
