RTE Oven Operative key responsibilities: Weight checks and temperature checks of raw product ready for processing. Accurate documentation is essential at all times, as the role is a CCP (Critical Control Point) for food safety. Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment. Set up, monitoring and day to day running of an industrial oven. Good standard of literacy and numeracy required.
