This role will provide technical expertise to support the relevant business unit to meet its obligations to produce safe, legal, authentic products to the expected quality.
The successful candidate will:
Responsible for ensuring area compliance to the site FSQMS.
The completion of the area HACCP Studies and assuring adherence to it.
The completion of the area risk assessments (Allergen, FB etc).
The completion of the area Internal Audits (GMP, CCP and any other requirements raised).
Attendance at Product viewing and any other relevant Quality Panels
Completion of CCP competency checks.
Management of QA's.
What we need from you:
Intermediate level - HACCP.
Qualification in Food Science, Quality, Hygiene or relevant
Food manufacturing experience.
Ability to work under pressure and respond to short term demands.
Good team working skills and experience of working across multi disciplines.
Leadership skills.
