Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audio Typist/ Secretarial Support to join the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit at Bedford Hospital. The role will involve working within a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for an individual who is motivated and can use their own initiative. It is important that you are adaptable and enjoy working as part of a diverse team, as well as having the ability to work independently. It is equally important and essential to the role that courtesy, tact and diplomacy is maintained at all times, towards all staff and patients.

Responsibilities
* Complete Audio Typing for clinics using digital dictation with accuracy and efficiency
* Ensure clinical letters are completed within the appropriate time frames
* Provide administration support services to the team, including managing incoming and outgoing post, referrals and other related admin tasks
