Horticulture & Exterior Installation Team Member / Van Driver
Location: From Head Office Site: Based near Stansted Airport, travelling to predominantly London and occasional home counties (working at High-End Hotel & Commercial Sites)
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Immediate start after interview process.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Typically 8.5-hour days, early starts from 06:30 AM)
Salary: Competitive Base + Overtime at 1.25x + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are seeking a proactive Horticulture Installation Operative to join a dynamic four-person exterior installation team.
This hands‑on, fast‑paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, manual work, and delivering premium landscaping finishes for high‑end clients.
Delivering, job inventory, team loading, unloading aggregates, pots, planting plants, forestry, exotic horticultural floriculture, decking, benches, etc., with some general on site duties with excellent teamwork generally get out and about with installation crew.
What You Will Do
* Create Stunning Spaces: Assist in building luxury rooftop gardens, urban green spaces, and installing exotic plant schemes.
* Heavy Landscaping Support: Handle general on‑site labor, including installing decking, benches, and structural elements.
* Logistics & Prep: Load, unload, and move heavy site materials like aggregates, large pots, and mature trees.
* Site Management: Manage inventory checks, tool organization, and thorough post‑job clear‑downs.
* City Travel: Navigate van efficiently between multiple premium London and Home Counties sites.
What We Are Looking For
* Physically Fit: Fully comfortable with heavy lifting, regular manual handling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Flexible Adaptability: Ready for early morning starts (from example 3am /4am) and variable finish times to meet client deadlines.
* Professional Communicator: Punctual, reliable, and polite when representing the company on high‑end corporate sites.
* London Ready: Happy to travel extensively across London.
* Legal Required: A valid right to work in the UK and solid professional references.
* Night Project Weekends: Flexibility for occasional project nights and weekends.
Essential
* A full UK Driving Licence (No more than six points)
* Confident Van Driving ability
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required by specific premium sites.
Great to Have (But Not Essential)
* A valid CSCS Card or Certified Manual Handling Training.
* Confident future team leader skills.
