Residential Team Leader
Location: Fylde coast | Salary: Upto £36,500 | Hours: Flexible shifts (work 1/3 of the year)
The Role
Lead a team in delivering high-quality care in a residential setting. You'll ensure children's needs are met through effective care plans, a nurturing environment, and team support.
What You Need
* Experience in residential childcare
* Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong leadership, communication & behaviour support skills
* Knowledge of therapeutic parenting and de-escalation
* Confident with IT systems for care documentation
Key Duties
* Supervise care staff and ensure quality standards
* Develop and review individual care plans
* Communicate with families and professionals
* Monitor team performance and lead meetings
* Maintain accurate records
