Unique Homestays is seeking an accomplished Marketing Director to lead and elevate our brand and marketing function. The Role
The Marketing Director will lead the company’s integrated marketing and brand activity, ensuring the continued strength and visibility of the Unique Homestays brand across all channels.
You will oversee the planning, execution and performance of marketing initiatives, working closely with senior colleagues across the business to ensure a cohesive brand experience and consistently high standards.
This role requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness, alongside the ability to inspire teams and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
The Person
You will be an experienced marketing leader with a strong track record in premium or luxury brands, ideally within travel, hospitality, lifestyle or property.
You will bring excellent judgement, clear communication skills, and the ability to lead teams and partnerships to deliver outstanding results.

The Specifics
* Full time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week)
* Based at our offices in Newquay, Cornwall. We operate some hybrid working*, however this is not a fully remote position. During the probation period, all working time will be spent in the office; thereafter a hybrid pattern will be agreed to best support both the business and the individual.
