⏰ Shift Patterns (Including Weekends)

We offer a variety of shifts, including weekend work as part of the rota - we are looking for individuals who can do a mixture of all shifts:

* 🌞 Day Shifts: 07:30 – 21:30
* 🌙 Night Shifts: 21:15 – 07:45

Flexibility and reliability are essential, as weekends are included.

* Full Time: 40 hours per week
* Part Time: 28 hours per week

About The Role


🔹 Support Worker – Role Overview

A Support Worker provides practical and emotional support to individuals who need help with day-to-day living. This can include people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or those facing challenges due to age or illness.

Support Workers help people live as independently and safely as possible, both at home and in the community.

* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
* Supporting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
* Helping with medication and health appointments
* Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
* Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
