We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus remains on delivering the highest quality service at all times.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Deliver care that respects residents' dignity and individuality, involving yourself in their daily activities.
* Support residents with limited mobility, emotional needs, or end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
* Recognize and respond to signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and report concerns appropriately after attending safeguarding training.
