Responsibilities of an Apprentice:
1. Demonstrating a hands-on approach to train to Dogwoods high standards.
2. Supporting your stylist in preparing the dogs ready for their groom.
3. Responsible for the sales performance of the salon.
4. Booking and managing appointments.
5. Delivering high standards of customer service.
6. Going ‘the extra mile’ for every customer
7. Ensuring first class spa presentation by our high level of housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
8. Completing a Grooming portfolio to track your training and progress.
9. Requirements of an Apprentice:
10. A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, our products, and our values
11. A confident and positive approach to handling dogs
12. Willing to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets
13. Excellent communication skills
14. A thirst for continued training and team development
15. The drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under own initiative.
