We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Engineer (ABAP/Data-focused) to join our team in Swindon. This is a permanent/contracting role with a hybrid working model, requiring 3-5 days in the office. In this senior, hands‑on delivery role, you will be focused on addressing complex challenges related to SAP data and integration. Qualifications
* Proven experience working with SAP Business Partner at scale
* Strong hands‑on SAP S/4HANA experience, particularly in large‑volume data migration
* Experience with complex integrations and interfaces
* Deep technical expertise in ABAP, OData services, CDS Views, and AMDP
* Familiarity with performance tuning in S/4HANA environments
* Ability to independently diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
* Comfortable engaging directly with architects, platform teams, and senior stakeholders
* Capable of delivering with minimal dependency on vendors or third parties
* Banking experience is beneficial but not mandatory
