Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced CPCS / NPORS Trainers to join our team in Thurrock, delivering training across multiple categories.
Categories Include
* Slinger / Signaller
* Crane Supervisor
* Appointed Person (AP)
* Dumper
* Excavator
* Roller
* Tower Crane
* Telehandler
* And other plant categories
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and compliant CPCS and/or NPORS training courses
* Conduct practical and theory-based training sessions
* Support learners through training and assessment processes
* Ensure all training is delivered to awarding body standards
* Maintain training equipment and ensure safe working practices
* Complete course paperwork and documentation accurately
* Provide a professional and positive learner experience
Requirements
* Valid CPCS and/or NPORS Instructor qualifications
* Strong industry experience across relevant plant categories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage learners of varying experience levels
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Assessor qualifications advantageous but not essential
