Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is seeking a Management Accounts Officer to play a key role in helping our managers and operational teams effectively monitor and manage their budgets.
If you enjoy working with numbers, have strong analytical skills, and want your work to contribute to meaningful social impact, this could be the perfect role for you.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
* We’re seeking someone who brings expertise, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to financial management:
* Experience in a social housing or notforprofit management accounts environment
You understand sector challenges and can add value from day one.
* Confident managing your own workload
Able to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong IT and financial system capability
Including proven working knowledge of Microsoft 365 toolsespecially Excel.
* You’ll be a team player who works collaboratively across the finance function and wider organisation to ensure value for money and highquality financial insight.
