They are a growing & thriving company looking for a dedicated Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. Role and Responsibilities * Respond to customer queries and work requests via email and telephone * Follow up with customers to confirm service appointments * Maintain and update the company database daily * Chase outstanding customer invoices * Support the Service Manager by booking planned work for engineers * Ensure office supplies are stocked to keep operations running smoothly * Process supplier invoices in the computer system * Order uniforms for engineers and office staff Skills and Requirements * Strong customer service skills and experience * Ability to work well under pressure * Good spelling and numerical skills * Positive and proactive attitude * Previous office experience preferred * Willingness to learn essential company software * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred Benefits * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm * On-site parking * Company pension scheme * 28 days holiday...
