Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join our growing team. The candidate would ideally have a background in construction finance and be adept at managing financial operations in different jurisdictions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent team management skills.

What You'll be Doing
Responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management, and managing payroll processes. Leads and develops the finance team to ensure high performance, while maintaining full compliance with all relevant tax obligations, including PAYE, RCT, and VAT across multiple jurisdictions.
