Job Title: Assistant Site Services Officer
Employer: Inspire Education Trust
Location: Coventry
Employment Status: Part time, permanent
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, all year round (alternating weekly). Week 1 - 6.00am-10.00am; Week 2 - 2.00pm-6.00pm
Actual Salary: £13,613 - £14,271 pro rata, per annum
Full time equivalent salary: Support Staff Pay Scale Grade 3 – FTE £25,185 - £26,403

Role and responsibilities
* Open and close the premises, basic maintenance and repairs, waste management, porterage, emergency call outs and health and safety checks.
* Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and security to support and safeguard the welfare of all persons using the school premises.
* Duties include general tasks not requiring skilled trade qualifications (e.g., basic electrics, building, plastering, plumbing, gardening, carpentry and glazing).
All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, undertake safeguarding and child protection training, and familiarise themselves with KCSIE Part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
