Production Manager (Editing + Social Content Experience Required)
Who We Are
We’re a digital marketing agency that specialises in content creation, social media management, and strategy for brands in food and hospitality. But we’re not just client-facing, we also run our own high-output content machine, producing large volumes of original content for our own brand, podcast, and platforms.
We reach over 3 million viewers per month and have built an online community of 287,000+ followers. This role is key in keeping that engine running at a high level, organised, sharp, and always on time.
We’re looking for a highly organised Production Manager with hands-on experience managing editors, running content workflows, and producing content that performs, especially on social media.
If you don’t have proven experience and aren’t extremely competent with the tools below, this role isn’t for you.
You must have experience with all of the following:
•Premiere Pro
•Final Cut Pro
•Monday.com
•Canva
•Iconosquare
•G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
•Dropbox
You’ll be managing deadlines, leading editors, tracking assets, and making sure content moves fast and lands strong from end to end. Most of our production is for social media, so you need a sharp eye for what performs and how to shape content that stops the scroll.
This is not a role for beginners or anyone learning on the job. If you haven’t managed editors or overseen post-production workflows, this isn’t for you.
You must have experience with the following tasks:
* Creating pre-production plans - Developing detailed shoot outlines, timelines, and schedules, ensuring every production is well-organised and efficient before it begins.
* Writing creative treatments - Creating visual and narrative concepts that guide the direction of shoots or content series, outlining mood, structure, tone, and creative execution.
* Preparing shot lists and production schedules
* Mapping out the visual needs and scene breakdowns to keep production focused and streamlined.
* Creating post-production briefs for editors - Delivering clear editing instructions after a shoot, outlining the narrative, tone, pacing, asset usage, captions, music, and platform-specific requirements.
* Reviewing and quality-controlling content - Watching and refining drafts to ensure edits match the creative vision, platform standards, and brand voice before final delivery.
* Managing asset delivery - Coordinating timely submission of finished content across multiple platforms and ensuring that file structures, naming conventions, and deadlines are met.

•Start date: Immediate start once the interview process is complete
•Equipment: You must have your own laptop and hard drives for this role
•Salary: £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience
