About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Glasgow team. Established in 6, our Glasgow office supports projects across the UK with sector expertise and knowledge.
We seek candidates experienced in commercial, residential, and mission-critical projects. Our size offers stability and opportunity, with a focus on creating high-performing buildings addressing climate change and modern living needs.
As a Principal or Associate Engineer, you will support and deliver electrical design services for various projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the technical delivery of electrical designs for multi-disciplinary projects.
* Developing strategic concepts ensuring compliance with standards.
* Engaging with stakeholders and attending project meetings.
* Monitoring project budgets, resources, and deliverables.
* Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development.
About you
Successful candidates will have:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, delivering complex projects.
* Knowledge of technical delivery processes and software such as BIM, Revit, Dialux, and Relux.
* Experience working with clients, contractors, and architects.
* Strong interpersonal skills, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
* Experience mentoring and developing others.
