About the role We're looking for a motivated Electrical Improver to join our growing team. You'll work alongside experienced electricians across commercial and domestic projects, developing your practical skills and working towards your full qualification. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and genuine career progression. Candidates must be willing and able to work away from home as required by project demands. Key duties Assisting with first and second fix installations Cable containment and wiring runs Installing sockets, switches, and luminaires Supporting fault finding and testing Reading wiring diagrams and schematics Maintaining a clean, safe site at all times Liaising with site supervisors and clients Keeping records and completing paperwork accurately What we're looking for Completed or working towards NVQ Level 3 AM2 or equivalent experience 18th Edition preferred Valid CSCS card Full UK driving licence Willing to work away from home Strong work ethic Good communication skills Willingness to learn Full Uk Driving License
