Our Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Team Member to join their busy Sales Department. This is a busy role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with customers.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (1 Hour Break)
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently
* Providing product advice and support
* Upselling and promoting company products and services
* Maintaining accurate data entry and records
Skills & Experience:
* Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Good IT and administrative skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Manage Priorities and work under pressure
