Payroll Coordinator We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for a busy, multi-site workforce of around 300 employees across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Full end-to-end payroll processing for approx. 300 employees Use of Sage Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments Reconciliation of payroll reports Handling payroll queries in a professional, timely and customer-focused manner Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring full statutory compliance at all times Acting as a professional and polished point of contact where required About You: Proven payroll experience, ideally within a multi-site or complex environment Strong attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy Confident using payroll systems and managing timesheet data Professional, presentable and comfortable in a front-facing role Able to work independently and take full ownership of the payroll function This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking for autonomy, variety, and a role where they can truly make an impact.
