Established recognised practice based in Tunbridge Wells seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor or ILEX to join a busy department (hybrid working).
You will be joining a Legal 500 practice with 30 staff members, working alongside the firms Partner and member of the Property Litigation Association dealing with both residential & commercial property litigation matters. Experience dealing with L&T, Dilapidations, Service Charge, Rent Recovery disputes, Possession claims and Easements/Rights of Way required. Any additional experience with LVT/Enfranchisement disputes and RTM claims would be an advantage.
This role is available on either a full/part-time basis and offers hybrid working (2-3 days a week WFH). Candidates with 2yrs+ experience in Property Litigation work should apply.
