About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join one of our fantastic clients — a fast-growing brand that’s passionate about delivering measurable digital success.
You’ll be part of a talented marketing team focused on driving growth through paid media, data, and performance insights. Working across multiple client accounts, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s already had some hands-on experience in performance marketing and wants to grow their skills within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of multi-channel paid campaigns across search, social, and display.
* Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimise campaigns to meet client KPIs.
* Carry out keyword and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly to internal teams and clients.
* Work closely with creative and strategy teams to test new ideas and drive innovation.
* Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital marketing.
About You
* 1+ year of experience in a digital or performance marketing role (agency or client-side).
* Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
* Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn new skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
