About the Company
Our client is a well-established, family-owned business based in Aldershot, Hampshire. Operating within a fast-paced product manufacturing and distribution environment, they supply branded and promotional products to customers throughout the UK and internationally.
Due to continued growth and increased demand, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service & Product Support Administrator to join their busy customer support team on a temporary basis with an immediate start available.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within customer service, product support, order processing, complaints handling or customer administration who enjoys solving problems and delivering an exceptional customer experience. There is also genuine potential for the position to become permanent for the right individual.

The Role
This is a busy and varied position where you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with product, order, delivery and aftersales enquiries.
Working closely with internal departments including Customer Services, Quality Control, Production and Dispatch, you will investigate customer concerns, coordinate resolutions and ensure all customer issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
The role would suit someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced product-based business.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound customer calls, emails and aftersales enquiries.
* Supporting customers with product, order, delivery and quality-related queries.
* Investigating customer concerns and identifying appropriate resolutions.
* Handling customer complaints professionally and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
* Liaising with internal departments including Production, Dispatch, Sales and Quality Control.
* Processing customer refunds, credits and associated documentation.
* Supporting customers with invoice and billing queries.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
* Managing customer correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
* Preparing information for Quality Control and customer review meetings.
* Building strong customer relationships and delivering a positive customer experience.
* Escalating complex customer issues where required.

About You
* Previous experience within customer service, customer support, order processing, product support or aftersales administration.
* Experience working within a product-based, manufacturing, distribution, logistics or retail environment would be highly advantageous.
* Strong complaint handling and customer resolution skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
* A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
* Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
* Available to start immediately or at short notice.
