Salary: £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support within a busy office environment
* Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
* Process customer invoicing for UK and export orders
* Manage credit control activities, including customer statements and payment follow-ups
* Maintain accurate financial records, including cash books and ERP updates
* Assist with month-end reporting and inventory reconciliation
* Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
* Support VAT reporting and general financial administration
* Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for the Sales Team
* Maintain internal systems including SharePoint and databases
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales or office administration environment
* Experience with credit control processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience using ERP systems (e.g. Chempax)
* Familiarity with financial reporting processes
* Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
