Your Role
* Lead technical delivery offlood risk management,coastal adaptation, andwater resource projects.
* Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliverhigh-quality outcomeson time and within budget.
* Work onFlood Risk Assessments,Drainage Strategies,SUDS designs, and more.
* Mentor junior engineers and graduates toward professional qualifications.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensuresmooth execution and commercial success.
* Drive innovation inriver restoration,drainage, andsustainable infrastructure.
What Were Looking For
* Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
* Strong experience inflood and coast sectordesign and appraisal.
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.
Desirable:
* Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity withNEC PSC contractsand FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
* Passion forsustainable solutionsand net zero goals.
