The Role Office based with regular site visits. Managing projects typically ranging from £200,000 to £2 million. Overseeing programmes, risk, quality and delivery. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Working closely with commercial and site teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Exposure to a wide variety of schemes, offering both stability and progression. Person Specification We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager, Project Manager or an ambitious Site Manager ready to step up. A construction background with a main contractor is essential. Candidates must have a stable career history and a genuine desire for a long-term, permanent role. At least five years experience in a Contracts Manager, Project Manager or senior Site Manager position is required, along with experience delivering projects between £200,000 and £2 million. A strong understanding of JCT contracts is essential and knowledge of NEC is an advantage. You should be confident managing multiple projects, overseeing programmes, managing risk and ensuring compliance.
