Location: Tiverton, Devon
Job Type: Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.00
Friday 07.00 - 13.00
40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per annum DOE

We're looking for a hands-on, practical individual with CNC Machine Operating or Installation/Fitting or Carpentry experience to join the growing team.
Ideally, you'll also bring experience in signage production and installation, or a background in carpentry/joinery.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating a CNC machine to produce high-quality components
Assisting with signage assembly and on-site installations
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
Working both independently and as part of a skilled team
Carrying out deliveries using company vehicles. What We're Looking For:
Experience operating CNC equipment or other machinery
Additional experience in signage, installation, or carpentry/joinery is a strong plus
Good problem-solving and practical skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Physically fit as the role involves lifting materials onto the machinery
Knowledge of Health and Safety working practices
Full driving licence
Any experience applying vinyl graphics and working with graphics software is a strong plus. Key benefits:
