The Role
You'll manage a mixed caseload of:
* Residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
* Commercial property matters (leases, acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work)
* Client contact and relationship management
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Participating in business development and networking initiatives
What They're Looking For
1. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
2. Experience in both residential and commercial property law
