COMMISSION BASED We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a background in B2B sales, coupled with excellent customer service abilities. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients while effectively managing your time and organisational tasks. Must be a strong self starter and motivated to help convert leads, find new customers and create new business.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client requirements.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems.
* Manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B or D2C sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in sales within Furniture, construction or Building space.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in IT systems for managing customer data and sales processes.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and meetings.

Pay: £12.50-£19.00 per hour
