Job Description

As the Office Manager, you will:

3. Manage and coordinate all office administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
4. Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with suppliers for procurement needs.
5. Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
6. Assist in preparing and organising reports, presentations, and correspondence.
7. Supervise and support a small team of administrative staff, ensuring high performance.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
9. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
10. Provide general support to visitors and act as the first point of contact for queries.
11. Process and review invoices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

12. Previous experience in a similar administrative or managerial role within an office setting.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations effectively.
14. Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
17. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an office environment.
18. Experience processing finance information
