Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator
Job responsibilities
* Provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being.
* Identify the life history, needs, and preferences of residents to support the development of a detailed life story.
* Plan and submit monthly activity and wellbeing plans and a weekly overview to the Home Manager.
* Arrange activities, events, and outings, encouraging involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
* Maintain a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.

* Experience working with older people in a residential nursing or Dementia setting.
* Experience organising activities and events.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
