This is a senior leadership role, responsible for leading the strategic partnerships, financial performance and strategic growth across unsecured lending within our Grow Division. You’ll ideally have: • Demonstrable experience of motivating a team to deliver at pace • Deep money and lending expertise • Be a commercial expert, with demonstrable understanding of creating, building and running successful partnerships • Experience leading in a matrixed environment • Experience of operating at the highest levels within an organisation, with clear ability to influence • A can do attitude to deliver win/win solutions for all parties• Be an Inspiring and resilient leader Our people bring our purpose to life. The great things you’ll be driving:· Deliver great customer outcomes to our users and partners· Accountable for the overall trading and commercial performance of the unsecured lending category· Develop and implement commercial strategies, building deep strategic partnerships to deliver significant revenue and market share growth· Represent CtM externally with c-suite, senior stakeholders and at conferences/networking events· Manage strategic tier 1 relationships and drive delivery of commercial objectives· Lead business development pipeline and onboarding of strategic tier 1 partnerships· Accountable for the successful negotiation of commercial terms, contracts and manage overall performance of tier 1 partners· Build and maintain strong relationships, developing joint business plans to drive commercial growth and deliver good customer outcomes· Support Senior Commercial Managers in the management and development of the overall unsecured lending portfolio (tier 1 & 2)· Lead on direct integration and decisioning prioritisation, supported by appropriate business cases when required· Development of customer proposition, collaborating with partners, product, data and marketing teams to bring new services to marketYou’ll have the tools and autonomy to drive your own career, supported by a team of amazingly talented people.
