This role is ideal for teachers who hold QTS, experienced cover supervisors, and recent graduates who are looking to gain teaching experience by covering classes in a secondary school. The day-to-day duties of a Cover Supervisor at this school include:
* Class support for when teachers are absent
* Supporting students through pre-planned lessons
* Behaviour management: ensure all pupils are on task and completing the work left by their regular class teacher
* Helping raise attainment by delivering fun and creative lessons
The ideal candidate will be a confident, articulate, passionate person with the ability to raise aspirations and attainment. Regardless of your subject degree, if you are an aspiring teacher who loves to motivate and engage students then this role could be for you.
Responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements
* QTS for Supply Teacher role (if you have QTS)
* Experience as a Cover Supervisor or a degree (if applicable)
* Excellent commuting links via car and public transport
* Experience leading a full class is essential
