As the Production Manager, youll play a critical leadership role in a 24/7 operation. Leading a team of Supervisors across a plant thats been designed to have the latest tech throughout, where youll be supplying cementitious materials into construction projects across the South East and beyond.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day performance of the production team. Leading not only general production but also supporting the team's growth and development onsite.
